Worst check-in experience ever!

We were super excited to stay but got hit with a rude check-in. Plus, the coffee in the lobby was weak. Really hope they fix their staff issues.

I loved how close the hotel was to Jerry E. Clegg Botanic Gardens, which is less than 3 km away, making for a lovely walking experience, and the amazing Columbian Park is also just a short stroll at a little over 3 km, perfect for family outings or a peaceful afternoon walk.

Clean, modern hotel, friendly staff.

We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom suite with a modern kitchen and a cozy living space. The outdoor BBQ grill area was a hit for evening hangouts!

Y'all, the authentic Italian pizza nearby is to die for! Plus, the breakfast spread had everything from tasty omelets to fresh pastries, keeping our mornings delicious. We also loved the spacious one-bedroom suite, perfect for our hangout vibe!

We didn't get our room cleaned during our stay, but let's be real, the hotel still had a cozy atmosphere. Sure, but blame it on those wild football crowds!

We loved the social vibe of the Residence Inn Mix events and enjoyed exploring Clegg Botanic Gardens and Columbian Park Zoo. The spacious rooms were perfect for hanging out and unwinding after a day of fun.

One minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. It didn’t affect our fun too much, but it would have been nice to have a faster connection for planning our outings.

We enjoyed a spacious one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchenette and cozy living area. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day. Breakfast offered a decent variety, including fresh pastries and healthy options. The fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout too.

The Residence Inn had a great breakfast selection. The evening social events provided a fun way for us to connect with other families. Our kids loved visiting the nearby Columbian Park Zoo, making it a memorable trip.

My children wanted daily housekeeping which we missed during our stay.

We had a really spacious room with a nice kitchen area and a huge living space which was helpful with the kids. The staff here is incredible. They went above and beyond! Like when they helped me with special arrangements for a birthday surprise, wow, that was unforgettable!

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The hotel offers spacious rooms and a fully stocked kitchen, making it feel like home. However, the A/C unit was quite loud, which disrupted sleep. While the cleanliness was generally good, a dirty showerhead was disappointing. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would return.
